Apa kata ikuti langkah-langkah ini;

Langkah 1: Cari dan Pilih Produk

Pastikan produk atau servis yang anda nak jual ada demand.. ada permintaan!

Apa jenis produk atau servis yang mempunyai permintaan di Facebook?

  • Produk Fizikal – Pakaian, Makanan, Gadget, Bayi, Dapur, Kesihatan
  • Produk Digital – Ebook, Video
  • Servis – Pembinaan website/blog/minisite/video, catering

Cari dan Pilih Produk

Di mana nak dapatkan produk-produk ini?

Untuk produk fizikal, anda boleh dapatkan banyak di pusat-pusat borong seperti GM Klang Plaza, GM Chow Kitt Plaza, Jalan Kenanga Plaza dan Jalan TAR.

Untuk borong dari luar negara, anda boleh borong dengan harga murah di negara China, Vietnam dan Indonesia.

Anda juga boleh borong secara online dalam kuantiti yang banyak di website Alibaba.

Untuk produk digital pula, anda boleh dapatkan di website affiliate Malaysia seperti Klikjer dan Ashadee. Untuk luar negara, anda boleh cari di Clickbank dan Amazon.

Jika anda mempunyai kemahiran seperti graphic design, video editing, copywriting, penulisan artikel.. anda boleh tawarkan servis anda di forum Wangcyber, Facebook dan Fiverr. Jika anda masih baru, letakkan harga yang murah terlebih dulu, kumpulkan portfolio dan testimoni.. kemudian baru naikkan harga yang lebih tinggi.

Langkah 2: Bina Fanpage

Bagi memudahkan anda untuk berniaga di Facebook, anda perlu bina fanpage. Fanpage diibaratkan seperti kedai anda. Anda boleh juga menjual menggunakan FB Profile, tapi.. anda akan dilihat lebih profesional menjual di fanpage.

Kenapa saya katakan anda perlu ada fanpage?

Ini sebab-sebabnya;

  • Tiada had friendlist – Jika anda menggunakan FB Profile, ia terhad untuk 5000 orang je.. tapi fanpage tiada had. Anda boleh dapatkan seberapa banyak fans untuk like fanpage anda.
  • Asingkan kehidupan peribadi dan bisnes – Jangan campurkan hal peribadi dengan hal bisnes. Jika anda post hari-hari mengenai jual  produk di FB Profile anda, friends anda pasti akan menyampah.. kesannya reputasi anda akan terjejas sebagai penjual.
  • Branding bisnes – Dengan fanpage, anda boleh post mengenai produk yang anda jual tanpa buat fans rasa menyampah. Mereka akan rasa lebih selesa. Jika produk anda bagus.. mereka pasti akan rekemen pada friends mereka.
  • Buat iklan Facebook Ads – Hanya dengan fanpage sahaja, anda boleh promosikan produk anda menggunakan Facebook Ads. Anda tak perlu bersusah payah post setiap hari mengenai produk anda. Cukup dengan hanya satu post.. post anda akan dapat dilihat oleh ramai audiens.

Selepas anda siap bina fanpage, ini beberapa perkara yang perlu anda letak dalam fanpage anda;

  • Lengkapkan maklumat bisnes anda di bahagian ‘About‘. Maklumat mestilah jelas dan muda difahami.
  • Letakkan gambar yang relevan dengan bisnes anda di fanpage profile picture dan cover timeline.
  • Bina sekurang-kurangnya 10 post di fanpage anda. Jangan biarkan fanpage anda kelihatan kosong.

Langkah 3: Bina Post

Jangan biarkan fanpage anda nampak kosong. Fanpage yang kosong akan dilihat seperti bisnes anda tidak aktif. Pelanggan akan berasa kurang percaya pada bisnes anda.

Untuk menampakkan fanpage anda aktif, ini beberapa perkara yang anda boleh buat;

  • Banyakkan post bergambar seperti testimonial, gambar aktiviti, stok, dimasukkan.

  • Banyakkan engagement dengan fans anda. Galakkan mereka untuk respons pada fanpage anda seperti like, share dan comment. Antara cara untuk bina engagement dengan pelanggan adalah dengan membina post yang bertanyakan soalan, kongsikan video yang menarik dan berikan tips yang bermanfaat.

  • Post yang mendapat komen dan reach yang tinggi, di PIN TO TOP kan.

Fanpage yang aktif akan menarik lebih banyak pelawat untuk singgah. Mereka ini berpotensi menjadi pelanggan anda. Anggap fans anda seperti rakan-rakan anda, mereka akan rasa lebih dekat dengan anda.. akhirnya mereka akan selalu ingat dan singgah ke fanpage anda.

Langkah 4: Like Marketing

Like marketing adalah salah satu teknik pemasaran facebook untuk mendapatkan like fanpage dan pembinaan followers.. ianya juga sebagai branding awareness supaya mudah untuk orang kenal fanpage kita.

Langkah 7: Follow Up

Jika ada prospek PM atau wassap anda, dan mereka tidak memberikan sebarang respons selepas anda menjawab pertanyaan mereka.

Ada beberapa sebab kenapa mereka tak respons;

  • Mungkin mereka sibuk dengan kerja harian.
  • Mungkin mereka lupa dengan offer anda.
  • Mungkin mereka tiada bajet.
  • Mungkin mereka nak survey harga je.
  • .. dan banyak lagi kemungkinan lain.

Apa yang perlu anda buat? Takkan nak biarkan saja? Mereka kan sudah berminat nak membeli produk anda.. apa yang perlu anda buat adalah anda perlu follow up mereka.

Anda masih ada peluang untuk tukarkan mereka menjadi pembeli. Ini adalah salah satu cara untuk tingkatkan sales..

Segan nak follow up, takut prospek marah? 

Jangan risau! Jika mereka serius nak beli produk anda, pasti mereka suka jika anda ingatkan mereka.

Ni saya berikan beberapa tips untuk anda follow up prospek;

  • Beritahu semula prospek apa tawaran anda sebelum ini. Tanya prospek sama ada mereka masih berminat atau tidak dengan tawaran yang anda berikan.
  • Tunjukkan testimoni pengguna produk sebelum ini. Beritahu apa manfaat yang pengguna sebelum ini telah dapat selepas menggunakan produk anda.
  • Beritahu prospek yang tawaran anda masih boleh dimiliki, tanya mereka jika masih berminat. Jika YA, terus berikan cara pembayaran.. jika TIDAK atau tiada respons, anda boleh berhenti follow up mereka.

Semua langkah adalah asas dalam pemasaran di Facebook. Jika anda dapat kuasai langkah yang saya berikan di atas, anda juga dapat kuasai teknik pemasaran Facebook yang lebih advance.
