Memang UNIK bisnes akak ni, biasa org jual produk makanan..produk kesihatan..produk pakaian.. tapi, dia buat SERVIS PASANG/REPAIR AIRCOND!

Lagi best, customer beliau kebanyakkannya datang dari Fb!

Dulu masa buat OFFLINE, slow je.. tukar buat ONLINE, sales laju je masuk!

” Nama saya Haslina Binti Baharom..berasal dari Melaka..berumur 30 tahun..saya merupakan founder kepada Eone Aircond Sdn Bhd. Pendidikan saya sehingga SPM sahaja, pernah bekerja sebagai Sales Girl..Operator Kilang dan Penjawat Awam..

Alhamdulillah, sekarang saya dah ada 7 orang staf..6 orang technician dan seorang kerani. Sales bulan lepas, Alhamdulillah, sebanyak RM45k ..dan kami target akan capai RM50k – RM60k dalam bulan depan.

Kami juga dalam perancangan membuka cawagan kami di Kuala Lumpur dan juga di Shah Alam..dengan target kami RM100k – RM120k sebulan..

Saya berasal dari family yang biasa2. Dulu masa sekolah, saya selalu tolong mak saya buat kuih untuk menampung perbelanjaan kami sekeluarga..dengan pendapat mak saya sebagai pekerja kilang..memang tak cukup nak menampung kami sekeluarga..pergi mana2 pun kami naik bas je.

Malam raya pergi rumah mak saudara pun naik bas..memang susah masa tu..nak minta apa apa kat mak pun serba salah..sebab memang selalunya tak kan dapat..

Bila saya dah bekerja, kerja makan gaji..memang tak cukup..nak tunggu hujung bulan memang semput. Kadang2, kena pinjam dengan abang saya..kena pinjam dengan mak..malu memang tak yah cakap la. Balik kampung pun muka tebal je..sebab nama je keje kerajaan..

.. tapi, poket selalu kosong..nak bagi belanja kat mak tiap-tiap bulan pun berkira..sampai mak saya kata..aku tak kisah pun..janji korang anak beranak cukup makan pakai.

Allahuakbar…masa tu memang sentap! Rasa macam hina sangat..mak sorang pun saya tak bole nak tanggung..

Sebelum ni, saya ada juga buat bisnes lain..saya pernah jual syampu..jual kopi radix..jual wallet..jual tali pinggang..buat doorgift..tapi, semua macam hidup segan mati tak mau. Rasa macam buang masa je..buang duit..sebab tak pulang modal..nak promote kat kawan2 pun malu.

Sehingga la, suami saya yang kerja sebagai Aircond Technician berhenti kerja..sebab masalah pengurusan dengan tempat kerja. Kami cuba cari ilmu macam mana nak buka syarikat. Dulu, tak ada impian pun nak buka syarikat besar2.

Asalkan bole hidup, tak pinjam sana sini..cukup la. Puas la join karnival sana sini..berhujan berpanas..buat flyers beribu2..tapi, semua tak berbaloi. Dalam sebulan, dapat la dalam RM2k ke RM3k je..tak berbaloi dengan masa dan tenaga yang kami dah keluarkan..

Satu hari, saya terbaca post sahabat fb saya. Beliau merupakan HOTSEAT Dr Azizan yang saya kagumi, beliau mengikuti seminar Sifu Jamal. Masa tu, rasa macam something..ramai orang yang dah berjaya..jadi student sifu..inikan pulak saya yang tak tahu apa apa..rasa macam something kat situ.

Bila saya search fb sifu, masa tu ada offer..saya pun register Seminar Chapter F masa bulan februari 2015. Masa kat seminar, dengar kisah2 hotseat..rasa macam aku memang kena join juga kelas elite (kelas ni dh takde) ni. Balik Melaka..saya bincang dulu dengan suami. Alhamdulillah, suami izinkan..sebab nak pegi KL sorang2 2 hari tu kan..memang risau juga.

Masa kat kelas tu, sifu ajar macam2 teknik..tapi, saya buat teknik rempit je. Masa tu juga terus buat, hari ke-2 kelas tu..suami saya kat Melaka call.. “na buat ape? Ramai yang call abang nak pasang dengan service aircond ni (masa tu suami buat sorang sorang..tak ada staf)”.

Dalam hati saya bersyukur sangat! Memang BERBALOI dengan apa yang kami dah laburkan..2-3 hari lepas kelas tu, saya dah dpt pulang modal yuran yang saya bayar untuk kelas sifufbads..

Masa tu dah huru hara! Sampai takut nak buat ads..! Takut tak bole nak cover permintaan customer. Lepas tu, sifu suruh ambik staf..sifu cakap HIT lagi! HIT lagi..! Jangan stop buat ads…!

Masa tu, Allah je yang tahu..hati ni macam nak pecah..sebab ramai sangat orang yang minta kami servis aircond mereka. Cari staf pun kami guna ads..hehehe..tak sampai 2 hari dah dapat staf..

Sifu Jamal memang sangat2 membantu..sangat2 OHSEM! Apa yang saya tak tahu, saya tanya sifu. Belum pernah lagi sifu tak jawab, masalah staf pun saya refer kat sifu. Alhamdulillah, dengan tunjuk ajar sifu..kami semakin yakin dan berani bergerak laju mencapai matlamat matlamat kami.

Dalam masa beberapa bulan sahaja, kami berubah 200% dari kami yang dulu. Sekarang ni, hampir setiap hari team kami balik malam..sebab nak setelkan permintaan customer yang terlalu ramai nak servis aircond dengan kami..

Nasihat saya, kepada anda yang baru nak mula berniaga atau dah berniaga, tapi, sales biasa biasa je. Cari la ILMU dan MENTOR yang dah terbukti berjaya..dengan cari mentor yang betul..anda akan mendapat ilmu yang betul. Lepas tu, buat tindakan! Lagi cepat anda buat apa yang mentor ajar..lagi cepat anda berjaya!
